Abstract
Verbascum haraldi-adnani is described as a species new to science and illustrated. The habitat conditions of this local endemic species growing in Yilanli Dagi (Mugla province) in SW Anatolia, Turkey, and its conservation status are considered. V. haraldi-adnani appears to be most closely allied to V. luciliae. Its affinities with this and other related or similar species are discussed.
