Laboratory „Insights“
Visit the „transparent laboratory” on your way through the Botanical Museum. Various viewing windows located in a corridor close to the entrance hall offer “insights” into the laboratory rooms behind. Although access to these rooms is not allowed for visitors due to security reasons, you can still watch what is going on there.
Illuminated panels give you additional information. Start your anti-clockwise tour with panel 1 and learn about this laboratory´s work-flow, processes, techniques and methods as well as how the work done here relates to our institution´s collections as well as to the relevant questions of biodiversity research.
